When:  Jan 21, 2021 from 11:00 to 12:00 (ET)

Topic: A Baldrige Approach to Design Thinking

Concepts like Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping, and the Baldrige Program intersect in the area of Innovation Management, but they are often regarded as the job of someone else who is uniquely qualified. Use these accessible tool sets and others to uncover your organization’s hidden strengths and build the next generation of solutions. Tracy will share ways to recognize and relate proven innovation tool sets, incorporate an organizational analysis into design projects, and practical techniques that can be used immediately. The webinar will address the principles of Design Thinking through a Baldrige lens and how to use Customer Journey Mapping to find empathy.
