Webinar - Managing & Assessing Risk: What does intelligent risk mean?

When:  Jul 16, 2020 from 11:00 to 12:00 (ET)

Intelligent risk may be one of the most misunderstood concepts in the Baldrige Framework, perhaps second only to knowledge management. Questions about intelligent risk are pervasive and woven throughout the Framework, and not only within the Category questions! In this session, Stan Johnson will explore the function and processes for intelligent risk-taking, and why such a practice is important to achieve performance excellence or aspire to world-class status as an organization.
