During this webinar, Paul will describe the value of an effective leadership system and things you should consider when developing your own organization's leadership system. During his presentation, Paul will: identify the role of leadership in achieving performance excellence - and identify best practices of leadership from Baldrige organizations; describe how to integrate the elements of the leadership system across the organization - using the Baldrige Framework as your guide; provide examples of a "leadership system" as called for in the Baldrige Framework; and discuss new - or enhanced - leadership skills required during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Paul Grizzell, President of Core Values Partners, Inc., helps organizations focus, align, and accelerate their improvement efforts using the Criteria of the Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence, the China Quality Award, and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). He has trained hundreds of Baldrige, state, and American Health Care Association quality award examiners during 24 years of Baldrige participation. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality. He is a frequent keynote presenter at performance excellence conferences. Paul is co-author with Mark Blazey of "Insights to Performance Excellence, An Inside Look at the Baldrige Award Criteria," published by the American Society for Quality.
