Communities of Excellence 2026 Fall Conference

Prepare to be dazzled as we bring together community leaders from across the country for two days of inspiration, innovation, and downright fun!  The agenda will be coming soon but here are some highlights:

• Join our first-of-its-kind Housing and Economic Development Pre Conference Workshop.  Hear from national housing and land policy expert George "Mac" McCarthy in a special presentation titled "Who Owns America".  Following this presentation we will feature a panel of local experts and roundtable discussions to ensure that you walk away with actionable next steps to address your community's housing challenges.
• Our Lightening Round Breakout Sessions are always a big hit!  These interactive, rapid-fire sessions feature COE communities presenting their promising practices on topics like community engagement, storytelling, measuring impact, and more.
• Our Monday Evening Awards Celebration and Reception is going to be the cats pajamas!  Help us celebrate the achievements of communities across the country and join us for the inaugural Founders Award.
