Firms of all sizes, large and small, have three key stakeholder groups they seek to serve: their employee colleagues or associates, customers, and communities. Northeast Delta Dental (NEDD) has always thrived because our mission and values, our communications, our operations, and our leaders have focused on doing our best for all three of groups.
