Jerry Rees
Organizational agility and resilience are often discussed and cited as key elements of success during times of rapid change. There is no doubt that environmental changes have created a need for organizations to react and plan proactively to ensure sustainable success. Identify how to move beyond the strategic retreat to execute and govern your plan. Identify the changes in your internal and external environment to trigger the need to adjust your plan.
