The design and deployment of systematic processes is a core requirement in the Baldrige Excellence framework. This video series was designed to help organizations establish process excellence as a core competency. We will briefly discuss topics such as: the primacy of process; identifying & designing your process framework; what it takes to actively manage your work processes; key elements of a systematic approach to establish process excellence as a core competency; and much more.
